I took quite a lot of time investigating before I purchased my new set of wheels. I wanted to be certain I was purchasing the best value car for me and with the right items. After looking at various models I decided on the Volkswagen Passat 5dr estate with the following particulars:

I understand that getting the cheapest insurance quote is perhaps not the best way to go when purchasing car insurance. Cheapest does not necessarily mean the best value for money. It really depends on what is covered by the insurance. I accept that is the case but my current cash situation does not allow me to spend much money on insurance. I hope I will not want to go back on my decision to go for the cheapest quote but I really do not think I have a lot of choice. Actually, the reason I bought a car was because I have to have it for my occupation, otherwise I would have survived catching the train until my financial situation gained strength.
Anyway back to my search for auto car insurance quotes. I am looking for cheap car insurance quotes online, rather than spending time calling insurance companies. This way I can get an instant response or do a comparison of different quotes. I am also looking into getting a home/car insurance combination as this can prove to be a bargain.
As of today, I have found a number of similarly priced quotes for my Volkswagen Passat 5dr estate but not all cover the same things or for the same of money. This is making the comparison of quotes a little bit difficult but I think in the end of my search I will get cheap insurance which is also excellent value for money and with a well known insurance company.
