I allocated quite a lot of time searching before I got my second hand set of wheels. I wanted to be sure I was getting the best car for me and with the most features. After looking at various models I decided on the Volkswagen Golf 3dr hatchback with these particulars:

I understand that choosing the cheapest insurance quote is perhaps not the most intelligent way to go when choosing car insurance. Cheapest does not have to mean the best value for money. It usually depends on what is covered by the insurance. I accept that is the case but my current money situation does not permit me to spend too much money on insurance. I hope I will not regret my decision to go for the cheapest quote but I really do not think I have a lot of choice. In fact, the reason I bought a car was because I need a car for my job, otherwise I would have survived catching the bus until my money situation gained strength.

This way I can get an instant response or do a comparison of a number of quotes. I am also looking into getting a home/car insurance combination as this can prove to be a cheap way to go.
As of today, I have found a number of similarly priced quotes for my Volkswagen Golf 3dr hatchback but not all cover the same damage or for the same of money. This is making the comparison of quotes a little bit more difficult than I expected but I am sure in the end of my search I will get cheap insurance which is also good value for money and with a well known insurance company.
