I took a fair amount of time researching before I purchased my second hand vehicle. I wanted to know I was getting the right car for me and with the right specifications. Eventually I decided on the Vauxhall Meriva 5dr mpv with these specifications:

I get that buying the cheapest insurance quote is possibly not the wisest way to go when choosing car insurance. Cheapest does not always mean the best value for money. It usually depends on what is covered by the insurance. I understand that is the case but my current money situation does not let me to spend a lot of money on insurance. I hope I will not end up regretting my decision to go for the cheapest quote but I really do not believe I have a lot of choice. In fact, the reason I bought a car was because I have to have it for my job, otherwise I would have managed catching public transport until my cash flow got better.
So anyway back to my search for auto car insurance quotes. I am interested in cheap car insurance quotes online, rather than spending time calling insurance brokers. This way I can get an instant response or do a comparison of a number of quotes. I am also looking into getting a home/car insurance deal as this can prove to be cheaper in the long run.
So far, I have found a number of similarly priced quotes for my Vauxhall Meriva 5dr mpv but not all cover the same things or for the same of payout. This is making the comparison of quotes a little bit more difficult than I expected but I think in the end of my search I will get cheap insurance which is also great value for money and with a reputable insurance company.
