I took a fair amount of time investigating before I bought my second hand car. I wanted to be certain I was purchasing the best car for me and with the best features. After looking at various models I decided on the Vauxhall Astra 5dr hatchback including these particulars:

I do not want to make the wrong decision when choosing insurance so I am doing a lot of research, as I normally do before making very important purchases, before I go ahead and buy my motor insurance.

I get that buying the cheapest insurance quote is perhaps not the wisest way to go when purchasing car insurance. Cheapest does not have to mean the best value for money. It really depends on what is covered by the insurance. I accept that is the case but my current cash situation does not allow me to spend too much money on insurance. I hope I will not regret my decision to go for the cheapest quote but I really do not think I have a lot of choice. Actually, I only bought a car was because I need a car for my work, otherwise I would have gotten by catching the train until my money situation improved.
So anyway back to my search for auto car insurance quotes. I am interested in cheap car insurance quotes online, instead of calling insurance brokers. This way I can get an instant response or do a comparison of different quotes. I am also thinking about getting a home/car insurance combination as this can end up being cheaper in the long run.
Up until now, I have discovered a number of similarly priced quotes for my Vauxhall Astra 5dr hatchback but not all cover the same damage or for the same of money. This is making the comparison of quotes a little bit more difficult than I expected but I think in the end I will get cheap insurance which is also great value for money and with a well known insurance company.
