I spent quite a lot of time searching before I bought my new vehicle. I wanted to be sure I was getting the best car for me and with the most specifications. In the end I decided on the Skoda Fabia 5dr hatchback including these specifications:

I get that choosing the cheapest insurance quote is perhaps not the wisest way to go when purchasing car insurance. Cheapest does not necessarily mean the best value for money. It usually depends on what is covered by the insurance. I understand that is the case but my current financial situation does not permit me to spend a lot of money on insurance. I hope I will not regret my decision to go for the cheapest quote but I really do not think I have a lot of choice. Actually, the reason I bought a car was because I have to have it for my occupation, otherwise I would have survived catching the train until my money situation gained strength.

This way I can get an instant response or do a comparison of different quotes. I am also looking into getting a home/car insurance combination as this can prove to be a bargain.
As of today, I have discovered a number of similarly priced quotes for my Skoda Fabia 5dr hatchback but not all cover the same damage or for the same amount. This is making the comparison of quotes a little bit more difficult than I expected but I believe in the end I will get cheap insurance which is also good value for money and with a good insurance company.
