I spent quite a lot of time searching before I bought my new car. I wanted to know I was getting the best value car for me and with the right items. After looking at various models I decided on the Renault Grand Scenic 5dr mpv with the following specifications:

I get that choosing the cheapest insurance quote is not necessarily the best way to go when purchasing car insurance. Cheapest does not have to mean the best value for money. It often depends on what is covered by the insurance. I know that is the case but my current financial situation does not permit me to spend too much money on insurance. I hope I will not regret my decision to go for the cheapest quote but I really do not believe I have a lot of choice. Actually, the only reason I bought a car was because I have to have it for my job, otherwise I would have gotten by catching the train until my cash flow improved.
So as for my search for auto car insurance quotes. I am looking for cheap car insurance quotes online, instead of calling insurance companies. This way I can get an instant response or do a comparison of a number of quotes. I am also considering getting a home/car insurance package as this can prove to be cheaper in the long run.
So far, I have narrowed it down to a number of similarly priced quotes for my Renault Grand Scenic 5dr mpv but not all cover the same things or for the same of payout. This is making the comparison of quotes a little bit more difficult than I expected but I am sure in the end of my search I will get cheap insurance which is also excellent value for money and with a well known insurance company.
