I allocated quite a lot of time researching before I bought my new car. I wanted to be sure I was purchasing the right car for me and with the best items. Eventually I decided on the Proton GEN-2 5dr hatchback with the following specifications:

Information such as finance has been sorted out but I am still looking for the cheapest car insurance quote. I do not want to make an error when buying insurance so I am doing a lot of searching, as I often do before making very important purchases, before I go ahead and buy my insurance.

I accept that buying the cheapest insurance quote is possibly not the most intelligent way to go when buying car insurance. Cheapest does not have to mean the best value for money. It really depends on what is covered by the insurance. I understand that is the case but my current cash situation does not allow me to spend too much money on insurance. I hope I will not want to go back on my decision to go for the cheapest quote but I really do not see that I have a lot of choice. In fact, the only reason I bought a car was because I need a car for my work, otherwise I would have managed catching the train until my money situation gained strength.
So anyway as for my search for auto car insurance quotes. I am looking for cheap car insurance quotes online, rather than calling insurance providers. This way I can get an instant response or do a comparison of a number of quotes. I am also considering getting a home/car insurance package as this can work out being a cheap way to go.
So far, I have narrowed it down to a number of similarly priced quotes for my Proton GEN-2 5dr hatchback but not all cover the same damage or for the same of money. This is making the comparison of quotes a little bit difficult but I am sure in the end I will get cheap insurance which is also good value for money and with a reputable insurance company.
