I accept that getting the cheapest insurance quote is perhaps not the best way to go when choosing car insurance. Cheapest does not necessarily mean the best value for money. It often depends on what is covered by the insurance. I accept that is the case but my current money situation does not permit me to spend a lot of money on insurance. As it happens, I only bought a car was because I have to have it for my occupation, otherwise I would have managed catching public transport until my money situation gained strength.

This way I can get an instant response or do a comparison of different quotes. I am also looking into getting a home/car insurance package as this can end up being a bargain.
Up until now, I have narrowed it down to a number of similarly priced quotes for my Peugeot 206 5dr hatchback but not all cover the same damage or for the same of payout. This is making the comparison of quotes a little bit more difficult than I expected but I believe in the end I will get cheap insurance which is also good value for money and with a well known insurance company.
