I do not want to make the wrong decision when buying insurance so I am doing a lot of research, as I normally do before making very important purchases, before I go ahead and get my motor insurance.

I accept that buying the cheapest insurance quote is perhaps not the best way to go when buying car insurance. Cheapest does not always mean the best value for money. It really depends on what is covered by the insurance. I understand that is the case but my current money situation does not let me to spend much money on insurance. I hope I will not want to go back on my decision to go for the cheapest quote but I really do not believe I have a lot of choice. Actually, the only reason I bought a car was because I need it for my work, otherwise I would have survived catching the train until my cash flow got better.
So anyway as for my search for auto car insurance quotes. I am interested in cheap car insurance quotes online, rather than spending time calling insurance brokers. This way I can get an instant response or do a comparison of a number of quotes. I am also looking into getting a home/car insurance combination as this can end up being a cheap way to go.
As of today, I have found a number of similarly priced quotes for my Nissan Micra 3dr hatchback but not all cover the same things or for the same amount. This is making the comparison of quotes a little bit more difficult than I expected but I am sure in the end of my search I will get cheap insurance which is also good value for money and with a well known insurance company.
