I allocated a fair amount of time investigating before I got my second hand set of wheels. I wanted to be certain I was buying the best value car for me and with the most features. In the end I decided on the Nissan Micra 3dr hatchback with these specifications:

I do not want to make an error when getting insurance so I am doing a lot of research, as I often do before making very important purchases, before I go ahead and get my car insurance.

I understand that choosing the cheapest insurance quote is perhaps not the wisest way to go when choosing car insurance. Cheapest does not have to mean the best value for money. It really depends on what is covered by the insurance. I accept that is the case but my current cash situation does not permit me to spend a lot of money on insurance. I hope I will not want to go back on my decision to go for the cheapest quote but I really do not see that I have a lot of choice. In fact, I only bought a car was because I have to have it for my job, otherwise I would have managed catching public transport until my money situation got better.
Anyway as for my search for auto car insurance quotes. I am interested in cheap car insurance quotes online, rather than spending time calling insurance brokers. This way I can get an instant response or do a comparison of different quotes. I am also thinking about getting a home/car insurance deal as this can prove to be a bargain.
Up until now, I have narrowed it down to a number of similarly priced quotes for my Nissan Micra 3dr hatchback but not all cover the same damage or for the same amount. This is making the comparison of quotes a little bit difficult but I believe in the end I will get cheap insurance which is also great value for money and with a reputable insurance company.
