I allocated a lot of time researching before I bought my second hand set of wheels. I wanted to be sure I was getting the best car for me and with the right features. In the end I decided on the Mercedes-Benz CLK 2dr coupe with the following features:

I accept that choosing the cheapest insurance quote is not necessarily the best way to go when buying car insurance. Cheapest does not always mean the best value for money. It usually depends on what is covered by the insurance. I accept that is the case but my current cash situation does not allow me to spend a lot of money on insurance. In fact, the reason I bought a car was because I need it for my job, otherwise I would have survived catching the train until my money situation got better.

This way I can get an instant response or do a comparison of a number of quotes. I am also looking into getting a home/car insurance combination as this can end up being a cheap way to go.
So far, I have narrowed it down to a number of similarly priced quotes for my Mercedes-Benz CLK 2dr coupe but not all cover the same things or for the same amount. This is making the comparison of quotes a little bit more difficult than I expected but I think in the end of my search I will get cheap insurance which is also excellent value for money and with a good insurance company.
