I accept that getting the cheapest insurance quote is perhaps not the wisest way to go when choosing car insurance. Cheapest does not have to mean the best value for money. It often depends on what is covered by the insurance. I know that is the case but my current cash situation does not let me to spend much money on insurance. This way I can get an instant response or do a comparison of a number of quotes. I am also considering getting a home/car insurance deal as this can end up being cheaper in the long run.
As of today, I have found a number of similarly priced quotes for my Mercedes-Benz C-Class 3dr sports coupé but not all cover the same type of repairs or for the same of payout. This is making the comparison of quotes a little bit difficult but I think in the long run I will get cheap insurance which is also good value for money and with a well known insurance company.
