I allocated a lot of time investigating before I purchased my second hand set of wheels. I wanted to be sure I was buying the best car for me and with the most specifications. In the end I decided on the Ford Focus 5dr hatchback with these specifications:

I do not want to make a mistake when buying insurance so I am doing a lot of searching, as I always do before making very important purchases, before I go ahead and get my motor insurance.

I get that buying the cheapest insurance quote is perhaps not the wisest way to go when buying car insurance. Cheapest does not always mean the best value for money. It really depends on what is covered by the insurance. I understand that is the case but my current cash situation does not allow me to spend a lot of money on insurance. I hope I will not want to go back on my decision to go for the cheapest quote but I really do not believe I have a lot of choice. In fact, the only reason I bought a car was because I need a car for my occupation, otherwise I would have gotten by catching the bus until my cash flow improved.
Anyway as for my search for auto car insurance quotes. I am interested in cheap car insurance quotes online, rather than spending time calling insurance companies. This way I can get an instant response or do a comparison of a number of quotes. I am also thinking about getting a home/car insurance combination as this can prove to be cheaper in the long run.
Up until now, I have discovered a number of similarly priced quotes for my Ford Focus 5dr hatchback but not all cover the same damage or for the same amount. This is making the comparison of quotes a little bit more difficult than I expected but I think in the long run I will get cheap insurance which is also excellent value for money and with a reputable insurance company.
