I get that choosing the cheapest insurance quote is perhaps not the most intelligent way to go when buying car insurance. Cheapest does not always mean the best value for money. It often depends on what is covered by the insurance. I understand that is the case but my current cash situation does not permit me to spend much money on insurance. I hope I will not regret my decision to go for the cheapest quote but I really do not see that I have a lot of choice. Actually, the only reason I bought a car was because I need it for my occupation, otherwise I would have gotten by catching the train until my money situation improved.

This way I can get an instant response or do a comparison of different quotes. I am also looking into getting a home/car insurance combination as this can work out being cheaper in the long run.
So far, I have discovered a number of similarly priced quotes for my Audi A6 4dr saloon but not all cover the same things or for the same of money. This is making the comparison of quotes a little difficult but I think in the long run I will get cheap insurance which is also good value for money and with a well known insurance company.
