I spent quite a lot of time researching before I bought my second hand car. I wanted to be sure I was buying the right car for me and with the best features. In the end I decided on the Alfa Romeo Brera 3dr coupe with these particulars:

I accept that buying the cheapest insurance quote is possibly not the wisest way to go when purchasing car insurance. Cheapest does not necessarily mean the best value for money. It usually depends on what is covered by the insurance. I know that is the case but my current financial situation does not permit me to spend too much money on insurance. I hope I will not end up regretting my decision to go for the cheapest quote but I really do not think I have a lot of choice. In fact, the only reason I bought a car was because I need a car for my occupation, otherwise I would have survived catching public transport until my cash flow improved.

This way I can get an instant response or do a comparison of different quotes. I am also considering getting a home/car insurance package as this can work out being cheaper in the long run.
So far, I have narrowed it down to a number of similarly priced quotes for my Alfa Romeo Brera 3dr coupe but not all cover the same things or for the same of money. This is making the comparison of quotes a little bit more difficult than I expected but I believe in the long run I will get cheap insurance which is also good value for money and with a reputable insurance company.
